Eat and run
Thinking of going to office running after breakfast? Bad idea! Firstly you have to take care that you are getting proper nutrition from the breakfast, then, your body can’t digest the food immediately and hence there is a big risk of getting gastrointestinal problems. The best solution to this problem is to consume at least 300 calories before the run. Eat complex carbohydrates like whole wheat, brown breads, oatmeal, granola, etc. These substance stay longer in your system, providing sustained energy during the run. Also keep yourself hydrated before and during the run.

No eating post-run
Your body requires to recover the exhausted energy soon after the run postpone it by 45 minutes and you have denied the requirements of your body post run. Eat a balanced diet with a 3:1 ratio of carbohydrates and proteins for your post workout meal.

Time to recover
After every run, give your body time to heal the wear and tear of the previous run before actually going on to another run, or any other similar activity. Sleep for at least 7-8 hours daily and if you are not following a rigorous routine, keep following it as easy is good.

Wear any shoe
No. Any shoe won’t suffice. Just imagine running a marathon with your high heels on. Running is a particular exercise which requires specific material to carry it on. Ignoring the pain

Skipping warm-up
No matter in how much hurry you are in, never skip your warm-up, as skipping your warm-up will only increase the chances of serious muscle cramps and joint pains. Walking, stretching etc.  are a good option for warming up, which will help you loosen-up your muscles.
